George Washington Vs. American University (for a biology degree)

Hello,
So I got accepted in both schools. The prices are similar ( actually GW offered more aid to cover the slight difference )
Which one do you think is better for a biology degree?
Also, what's better: Attending AU and graduating with honors or Attending GW and graduating with a regular Biology degree?
Thank you!

One more thing that I forgot, I will be on the pre-med track and apply for med school in the future.

Are those the only two schools you applied to?
If not, I’d wait a little more until I’d have more admission results and financial aid packages.
If GW is cheaper, I’d go with it. I don’t think AU is that great for premeds anyway. And if, like many premeds, you change your mind, does GW offer other majors you’d be interested in?

GW is stronger than American in the sciences. American used to be my #1 diehard choice until I found out that most people who major in a science or go on the pre-med track have to go to summer courses at GW or Johns Hopkins in order to fulfill their requirements.

How do you already know that you’re into both schools? Decisions don’t come out until April…
