<p>I transferred from Maryland Law to GW Law. There is no frikkin comparison. And yes, I got rejected from Georgetown Law.</p>
<p>These are not comparable. Georgetown is significantly better than GW. However, it all depends on cost as others have said. I wouldn’t take out more loans if that would be required to attend GTown over GW. If costs are similar, then GTown is the right choice, especially if you want to go to grad school.</p>

<p>I’m live in DC. Georgetown hands down. Foreign Service School is tops. GW has just only “come up” in the last decade. It wasn’t that difficult to get into GW in the 90’s. Georgetown has always been a most difficult acceptance school. Yes, GW has some great intern options, but so does every other decent school in the DC area. Not much of a campus either at GW and Georgetown is a beautiful campus. I would compare GW to Boston U.</p>
<p>I think Georgetown is a better school, but the difference is smaller than it used to be. I think that within a decade or two they will be seen as peers.</p>
