Received the letter today in Westchester County NY. Deffered. Latina female 95 GPA 1450 SAT served as a US Senate Page . Tons of other political activities.Essays were quite good

We’ve waited by the mailbox 3 times for Georgetown letters and 3 times it didn’t show up on Saturday and we had to wait until Monday. I feel for you guys <3

FYI I’ve heard Georgetown acceptance letters are smaller than most other schools’, so they’d probably weigh less, too
Wow. I really can’t believe this! Georgetown really outdid themselves to put me in this position!!! I got deferred. They looked me in the eyes of my picture I submitted with my application and deferred me.
@leelee23 First Class Mail is delivered everyday except Sunday. It has now been confirmed Gtown mailed the letters First Class, so no mail delivery on Sunday. Very odd Gtown has faith in electronic notification for international applicants, but not domestic ones. Perhaps their policy will change next year falling in line with other selective schools.
