<p>actually, forget george washington. they don't offer transfer scholarships and their total costs come up to 49k. </p>

<p>george washington gives substantial scholarships for phi theta kappa members with GPAs of 3.7+ or 3.8+</p>

<p>Yeah, no problem. I had a really nice long talk with a Georgetown rep the other day and that was the statistical figures he gave me. I think he added that it may be a similar situation this year.</p>

<p>UMCP? It is technically not in D.C., but it can be reached on the Metro, and is academically on par with GW.</p>
