Georgetown Chances?

Hi,
It's a bit long but I will chance back. I'm pretty harsh so be harsh back lol.
GPA: 3.7/4.5
Class size: 640

SAT: M:770, CR: 760, W:750
SAT II: Math II(800), U.S History (800), Chinese (800)
School doesn't want people to feel bad so it doesn't rank.
My schedule is pretty much the hardest possible at my school and I exhausted the upper level classes, that being said I didn't do fantastic in them.

Recs:
English/Theory of Knowledge Teacher: 8/10
Stats/Compsci/tennis coach: 9/10
Administrator/Athletic Coordinator:10/10

Sports:
Tennis: 3 varsity, principal scholar athlete etc. Captain senior year
Football: 1 varsity, 1 JV, O-line captain, tutored freshmen football team
Basketball: 2 years JV
Wrestling: 1 year varsity
Student Section: Founded, did a lot of stuff for it- fundraising, negotiating with CIF, talking with administration, interviewing with MaxPreps etc.

ECs: not listing all of them just major ones
Global Design Science Lab: designed a long term energy solution that was presented to UNDP & UNECOSOC, published paper

Students Transforming Education: State Director for an organization (read: Political Action Committee) that advocates students rights in education. Headed initiative to obtain 10,000 signature in favor of permanent status reform

Congressional Youth Debate Committee: Chaired committee that planned and sponsored a debate between candidates for CA-26 house seat. Raised $5000 in corporate sponsorships

Class President and VP: made $14,000 in one year letting many people attend senior activities for free
School Site Council Member: 10-12 grades

JSA: Region Director of PR

FBLA: 3rd place in CA for Management Decision Making, 2nd in section for BusLaw

Recycling Club: this just screams a club started for college but i'm actually super passionate about this and wrote one of my essays on this so yea.
I obtained a grant from the city to purchase the ridiculously expensive recycling bins and run a program for the school. Participated in a school waste audit and was the model for the rest of school district to implement

Tutoring: tutored for god knows how many hours in every subject, raised a kid from an F to a B and helped him graduate, probably the proudest moment of high school

Volunteering: volunteered at local women's shelters, homeless shelters, rotary events, international flora festival

Mock Trial: 3 years-If you live in California, I'm from Ventura County and was the last team to beat La Reina.
Lead Attorney, Pre-trial, expert witness, 10,11,12 respectively

Model UN: Best Delegate at a few conferences, President 10 & 11

I got sloppy at the end but I'll definitely chance back

Incredible. I’d be absolutely shocked if you didn’t get in.

High match / low reach – just make sure your essays and recs are outstanding.

You seem like a great candidate

Holistically, you’re in. However, I didn’t see if you mentioned what school at georgetown you are applying to. I see FBLA participation so I might think McDonough or CAS Econ but I also see MUN and other political affiliations which would indicate SFS. You’re most likely in either way because you have such a broad range of good ECs and scores that are definitely in the top among applicants. However, that can also be somewhat of a downfall in itself- it can be too broad and the admissions committee might think that you aren’t focused enough. However, that’s just me being harsh (like you had encouraged haha). In actuality, I don’t see any reason not to call you a match for the school though.

Good luck!

Also, if you could chance me back, I’d really appreciate it!
