What are my chances of getting into Georgetown?

It’s great that you’re a nationally competitive sailor, and it sounds like the coach is interested in you. Keep in mind, however, that since you don’t have a likely letter, you have no guarantees of anything. However, the recruitment factor should be your tiebreaker, the component of your application that makes you stand out and tips you into being accepted over a non-recruit.
I’d estimate a little above 50/50 odds of getting in REA.
