<p>Is there any further word as to when the admissions decisions are going to be released?</p>
<p>April 1st is the date on the website. I don’t know if that’s when decisions are mailed or if there is an email. Can anyone clarify?</p>
<p>I just called the Office of Undergrad admissions and they said decisions will be mailed out by the end of this week and you should expect them by April 1st. I’m hoping the RD letters will come to the East coast by this Saturday, the 29th.</p>

<p>Just ran across my son’s acceptance from last year. It was dated March 28th (Thursday) and we received it on March 30th (Saturday). We live in NC, if that’s helpful. I’m happy to share that he loves life on the Hilltop! Also, for those of you who might have been deferred to RD from EA - an acceptance may be coming your way! My son was deferred and had all but given up on G’town. Just goes to show you that EA deferrals aren’t the end of the world…</p>

<p>Next week is my spring break and I will not be home, does anyone know if they release decisions over the phone? </p>
<p>I don’t know if decisions are released over the phone, but for EA at least I got a lot of emails after my acceptance so you may be able to check your email for updates about GAAP weekend or general congratulations (assuming you’re accepted). The first RD GAAP weekend is April 12 so the email should come pretty quickly.</p>

<p>Mailed tomorrow, people will receive them on Monday/Tuesday in the States.
International Students will receive it via email on Tuesday (April 1), not before</p>
<p>Ah! It’s going to be hard to wait all weekend

<p>this is going to be horrible. I will have all decisions by the end of this week and then have to painfully wait it out for Georgetown #1</p>

<p>If mailed today then yes I would expect it by Saturday as they usually take two days.</p>

<p>I got rejected from all four Ivys I applied and one low-match/safety school. Got into one super-safety school and one match… Now I feel like I’m not gonna get into GU. I thought I’d get into one of my reach schools, so I didn’t realy care about the essays, which I regret now. </p>
<p>Has anyone gotten emails from GU (something like CSIHSIS mentioned)? If they sent out decisions this morning, I guess there might be some people receiving emails from the school </p>
