Does envelope feel thick, almost like a brochure inside for acceptance? What about deferral?
Letters are definitely coming for fellow new jerseyeans. Hillsborough-Princeton area you’ll be getting yours today. Mine came
Received letter in IL. Help with thickness question please?
They both come in thin envelopes. I got deferred and it was a single piece of paper. I’ve heard acceptances come with three pieces of paper but you can’t tell much from the envelope.
Thank you!
Just heard from Facebook group that someone Bay Area got their letter…That’s where I live ahhh! Finger crossed…good luck to all and congrats acceptances.
oh God! We live in NY. My D’s letter must be in the mailbox, and she has dance till 5pm. Won’t know until she gets home. How am I going to concentrate for a few more hours at work. egads!
Historically, both acceptances and deferrals come in regular size white business envelopes. Deferrals have one sheet of white paper. Acceptances have at least 3 sheets of paper and one of them is not white - possibly blue or green. Can definitely tell that the heavier envelope is an acceptance.
Deferred in Texas.
Deferred in VA
deferred in FL, stats are on the thread. Congrats to those who are accepted!
Accepted in VT. Good luck to everyone still waiting to get their letters!
Deferred in VA–congrats to all accepts and good luck to those still haunting their mailboxes!

Deferred in IN. Congrats to all who got in & good luck to those waiting, either now or until April 1st!
My daughter got in (in NC). Letter says 7,000 early applications and only 13% early acceptance rate. Her envelope had 4 pieces of paper in it and one was blue.
Accepted in FL!!! Letter had 4 sheets, knew right away. Also my school guidance office got a letter from Georgetown saying I was accepted today for anyone who hasn’t gotten theirs. So so so happy
