Georgetown Essay One

It says to write an essay which best describes you.

Does that mean the essay should describe several different sides of you?
You as a whole person?

Because I began work on an essay describing the influence that the American Museum of Natural History had on me, my growing interest in anthropology, and a related summer course taken at Brown University... I just don't know if that's what they want, or if my essay should be more encompassing of my whole personality. (Not sure how someone would do that though, with only one essay... I thought most people usually zero-in on one particular experience/influence.)

i think how you interpret the question is up to you. show them the you that isn't on your application via scores, extracurriculars, etc.

Okay, cool. The topic I have in mind is totally something they wouldn't pick up from my application alone.
