My parents are Georgetown alumns, and I'm applying EA.

What are my chances at Georgetown, and at other Ivy's (Penn, Columbia, Cornell)

Georgetown is almost a slam-dunk, especially with those legacy & SAT hooks. As for the Ivies, you'll need stronger EC leadership to separate you from all the other applicants with numbers similar to yours (editor, captain, president, etc.). Of the three you mention, Cornell will be the easiest. Penn and Columbia are increasingly more difficult to get into because of large pool of ED candidates to each. If you want to go east to school, you might also look at Duke (especially with your golf) and Amherst. Am also guessing you'll be applying to Stanford.

No, I won't be applying to Stanford. More than 100 kids from my school apply there each year. People are obsessed. I don't see anything there for me.

I've thought about Duke, but I'm not a big fan of the South.

Georgetown is far and away my number one choice. I guess it's just a nice "extra" if I were to get into any Ivy Leagues.
