Georgetown McDonough vs CMU Tepper

I am very lucky to be accepted into these two wonderful universities. Currently, I am in the general college for Georgetown planning to study economics but I have already sent a request to transfer to the business school (which seems highly likely when contacting my regional officer). My question is, what school should I attend? Both are the same cost

Georgetown
Pros
-Location
-International focus
-Internship opportunities
-Good basketball team and decent social life
-Feeder for Investment banking in New York
-note: I enjoy politics but do not plan to pursue a career in it
Cons
-Not as highly ranked as CMU
-Lack of qualitative skills
-Preppy/very privileged white population

CMU
Pros
-Quantitative Focus
-Really strong in the sciences if I wanted to minor or double major
-Very good at Sales and Trading/Consulting jobs
-Extremely well-rounded school
Cons
-Smaller class size
-Pittsburgh not as exciting as DC?
-Social life is dead?

Overall, this is a tough decision. My heart initially lined with Georgetown after getting accepted earlier however CMU is really compelling and making me question my upcoming choice.
