I’m not sure where I’m leaning, and decision time is fast approaching. What about you? As for Cornell, when we arrived on campus Saturday morning it was frigid and windy, but by the afternoon much nicer weather had come. :)

Ah, prelims would explain it…

after visiting georgetown and reflecting, I decided that I want to attend Cornell because that is where I felt I fit in better. Even though Georgetown did a billion times better job of presenting itself lol.

But I will probably be going to georgetown unless something unforeseen happens. Georgetown is giving me 50k a year in finaid and cornell is giving me a big fat zero. it has to do with my permanent residency. every college i was accepted to is giving me maximum financial aid, EXCEPT cornell. even NYU is giving me 50K a year and they BARELY ever do that. of course Cornell thinks my paperwork documenting my permanent residency aren’t enough. I sent them some emails, I hope they change their minds. I really wanna go there :/

Ya, I agree; Cornell did not do very well with its open house. :|

That’s awesome that you were offered that kind of money to go to those schools. All of them are great, though I can understand your wanting to go to Cornell over the others. I hope things work out for you!

thanks, i really hope so too. ill let you know how it goes :3
