I am going to apply here this year and I would really appreciate it if you guys could tell me something about Georgetown's pre-med program and components that make it possible:

-Professors
-Research
-Grading curve
-DAILY homework
-Classes per semester (average)
-Difficulty of Tests & classes in general

I know this is a lot but I feel the list covers up all my concerns and almost accurately describes the setting, so please place your input for any of the categories surmised above. :) :) :)

Georgetown has one of the most successful premed programs around, as measured by both the % of students admitted to medical school, WHERE they are admitted and enrolled, and the quality of the premedical experience. I transferred from Duke to Georgetown, and my educational experience at Georgetown in the sciences (as well as in general) was far richer and rewarding than at Duke (this is also the opinion of my friends who remained at Duke when we compare experiences). The size of Georgetown’s premedical program and natural sciences is smaller than those found at most of its peer schools; my experience of that meant far greater faculty interaction, more research opportunities, and a much more collegial environment with my fellow premeds. After Georgetown, I enrolled at a top medical school (Hopkins) where the majority of my classmates graduated from other top premed undergrad schools (e.g. Harvard, Hopkins, Yale, Princeton, etc.), and I have always been grateful that I attended Georgetown–based on my premedical preparation, the incredible opportunities both on and off campus, the sense of community, and the manner in which Georgetown prepared me for life–not just medicine.
