Hi,
Admitted student here. I was wondering if any current students or parents know about the International Security concentration in the International Politics major at SFS. What does it entail, how many students are in it, etc?
Thanks.

You can find info on IPOL here (requirements and courses):

[International Politics - Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service](http://bsfs.georgetown.edu/academics/majors/ipol/)

IPOL is one of if not the most popular major in SFS. However, that does not necessarily mean the class sizes will be large (ie, 30+ students). The largest class you will have is the requisite Map course. The class sizes are larger in the GE courses (as it is anywhere), but once you get into upper division courses, it’s about 10/15/maybe 20.

To get a sense of the size of SFS, around 600 students graduate from the BSFS program every year.
