Georgetown SFS vs American SIS

So i was wondering whether anyone knew anything about the differences/pros cons of Georgetown SFS vs American University's SIS program? I've been waitlisted at SFS and have gotten into SIS in the global scholars program which lets me pass out in 3 years,

I know chances are slim of getting off the waitlist at Gtown, but i was just wondering if any1 knew something about SFS vs SIS?

^I second this question.

I’m in the same exact boat as you. I actually got into JHU also, and decided to choose it over the American SIS Global Scholars program.

I would recommend you stay on the SFS waiting list, and if American is the best option for you otherwise, enroll there first.

Naturally, Georgetown has a better reputation, if that is important to you. And Georgetown SFS grads are more prominent than American SIS grads. I don’t know any statistics, but this to me is just general knowledge.
Neither school is a bad choice at all though !
I would wait on Gtown but if nothing comes through, you would not be selling yourself short by enrolling at American.

thanks for the responses guys ;)

and ye im keeping myself on the gtown wl so… fingers crossed
