Has anyone successfully transferred into Georgetown SFS? From either a community or simply local school? I would really like to transfer in my junior year...but I don't know how tough it is. I graduated top 5% of my high school class and did study abroad to Japan twice--once on a scholarship and once for a year (we paid). The problem is my SATs weren't amazingly stellar (1200 one time taken) I can take them again (well, this time the new ones)...but if I were to do well in the first two years of the local school and have the 2 study abroad experiences, would SFS not weigh the SAT so heavily? I'm really sorry actually I'm in Japan now and I can't speak/write English anymore so I apologize for the non-flowingness of this post....but really, any help as to transferring into SFS would be greatly appreciated (i.e., any advice on how to prepare to transfer...things I should do, etc)
