Georgetown Transfer Help!

Alright, so I'm in a predicament. I'm currently at a CC, and finishing up this semester. I applied to a few schools and was accepted for Spring admission: Lower-tier Ivy, Boston College, and Holy Cross. Hopefully, this gives you an idea of where I stand based on previously admitted schools.

My number one choice was and still is, Georgetown. However, I'm already a semester behind at CC, and I don't really feel like taking another semester off, bringing me to a year behind graduating on a chance that I would get into Georgetown easier from CC. Should I attend one of the schools I got into for the Spring as a fallback if I don't get into GTown? I called admissions and explained my situation, but I'm not sure it's definite - they said transferring once will not hurt nor help my chances of admission. The only way I see it hurting it, if this is true, is my essays will have to change since I wrote about coming from a Community College.

I want to give you my stats to see what I should do, and if I even have a shot before I seriously consider either taking a gap semester again, or transferring and applying to GTown from my new school.

HS GPA: 2.7-3.0
ACT: 27

CC GPA: 3.89 Currently
Honors Program - (If it helps I took a lot of heavier courseloads; Calc 1-3, Bio 1/2, Chem, Java, etc.)
Intern at Merrill Lynch
Interned at Forex company in NYC
Volunteered for local congressman
Volunteered for disadvantaged kids organization
Economics Tutor at CC
Economics Club - Leadership role at CC
Habitat for Humanity at CC

I guess I had some good essays for me to get admittance into the above schools, but is Georgetown a different situation entirely? I know among the schools I got admitted into - all of them had an admittance rate of ~20%. Do I have a shot at Georgetown? Should I go to my new school with the intention of transferring to GTown again, just so I have it as a fall back (I will be happy at the new school, whichever I choose)? Should I take a gap semester and apply straight from CC?

Thank you!
