Georgetown U and AP scores

Hi.

Does Georgetown University consider AP scores as factors for admission? The application never mentioned anything about the AP scores so I didn't do anything about it. But on the Common app I could self-report them. So I was wondering if I should have sent AP scores to Georgetown (I applied EA, which was due two days ago.)

Thanks!

My daughter’s GC told her that unless the school states that APs are part of their admissions’ process, do NOT spend the money to send the actual reports. But DO self–identify them on your common application (at least your scores that are 3 or above). My daughter ended up applying ED to one school, and she wanted to spend the money and send the actual AP results to that school, because in her mind, they would know for sure that her AP scores were “real.” So we agreed. But she is not sending the actual reports to any other school, only using the Common App to self-report the scores.

Hey thanks for the reply. For commonapp, I did self-report them. But Georgetown has its own separate application and the application doesn’t mention the AP scores. Would that mean I shouldn’t send them?
