Does anyone know if you can see your admissions decision online without seeing the letter (I’m in the US)- I am not going to be home for the next 2 weeks and I really want to know my decision before then??!!
I’m in the same situation as you, @DStressed
To those who believe Georgetown turns down applicants whom they believe will not ultimately go there, this article outright disputes that. Georgetown does not play the “game”. They don’t try to drive up the number of applicants the way so many schools do. Remember – stats aren’t everything. http://www.thehoya.com/admissions-rate-remains-steady-at-16-4-percent/

Tried to call Gtown to find out FA Award - I was told both that they were available, and that they haven’t been released yet. Why.
but i still haven’t got a letter with my name or anything? and thanks!
is it still too early to call the admissions office to find out result?
I’m away on vacation right now so I can’t check my mail, but if I dont get a call either today or tomorrow is it safe to assume I was either waitlisted or rejected? Someone please let me know Georgetown is one of my top schools and I’m kinda freaking out right now
I called them earlier today and they said financial aid information will be available tomorrow!
Wait will the Financial Aid be available online
To @obr0123, my son is a junior at Georgetown. He is very progressive, as are his friends. They spent part of spring break at my home n New England, and it was great to hear the spirited conversation about a myriad of social justice issues. And as far as color goes, they’re a mini rainbow coalition; of the four of them, two are white, one is black, and one is Korean. They all consider themselves to be at a school that has fostered and encouraged their personal growth and commitment to community.
@longisland234 i also am on vacation but i only provided my home number on my app, so i couldn’t have received a call. Maybe you are in the same position? Anyone know when we can call the office to get a decision?
Brown or Gtown SFS??
Does getting an admitted student reception invite mean you’re in?
^^^^ I hope so!
@jmoreno14 Yeah I called the financial aid office yesterday and they said it would be online on the Georgetown Net Access account, I just checked and there was still no award information. Am I the only one who is not seeing any financial aid information?
Did anybody here get invited to the multicultural equity and access Hoya Weekend? Of course it’s only for the second GAAP session and not for the first one, which I’m going to.
Did everyone who got in get a phone call? And have the admitted students received emails about the Hoya weekends and whatnot? I still haven’t gotten in the mail and I’m freaking out!!!
