Georgetown, Vandy, Northwestern for Political Science?

My interests are public policy analysis and creation. Vandy has a Public Policy major, GU has Government, and NWU has PoliSci. Which school would give me the best basis to be able to do think tank work, or similar, upon graduation? In my field, will the be any huge academic difference between the three of them? Does one school offer certain opportunities that another school does not offer?

Not necessarily because it’s in D.C., Georgetown.

Have you been accepted to these three, and have to make a decision in 4 days, or are you planning on applying? Unless you already have offers, apply to all of them and see where you get in & how the money shakes out.

If you have offers from all three, can you list your net costs and your parents’ budget from income and savings?

I have offers. I’m only worried about the academics and opportunities in my field, of which I am not certain. On other criteria I have the info needed to decide.

For your interests the best of the three is Georgetown.

Then Georgetown, b/c it’s the only one where you can have internships during term as well as the summer.
