Georgetown vs. UC Berkeley

I am choosing between these two colleges and I cannot decide...
I really don't know what to major in when I go to college,
so I really want to experience diversty in college.
The majors I am interested in are philosophy, psychology and linguistics..
But if I go to georgetown, I think I will probably major in international relations.

The biggest reason I am not choosing berkeley is because it's in california and it's a pulic school. I heard berkeley is facing a financial problem and is shutting down some majors. But then Berkeley has a fantastic undergraduate programs...

For Georgetown, I am worried that if I go to Georgetown I will just go ahead and major in international relations because Georgetown is famous for SFS. I want to learn and experience a lot and then decide on my major.

Please give me some advices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Georgetown

You can’t just choose “International Relations” at Georgetown unless you applied and were accepted into SFS. Also, Georgetown has excellent Philosophy, Psychology and Linguistics. If you are a CA resident, UC-Berkeley will afford you much bang for your buck.

Both are equally good, but UCB would seem to be a better match.
