Did anyone actually get rejected from the doubly-extended waitlist (July 31)? Like did they take anyone off the extended waitlist when they sent the update today? This doesn’t even feel worth it anymore

With the announcement about Fall 2020 plans yesterday, does anyone think they’ll still accept people off the waitlist?
Hi, i havent heard any news from the school, such as extended extended waitlist. Is this mean bad…? Also, does applicant recieve rejection email before final decision date?

I’ve done my fair share of lurking so I thought I’d give back. I was accepted off the GT waitlist yesterday. It started with an email and then two calls, one confirming my interest and one accepting me off the waitlist. So, yes, they are still accepting people.

I’m from Connecticut. I only sent updates/continued interest for the previous waitlists.
