Gotcha - does anyone have any info/heard anything about whether they’re moving to waitlist?
If one gets off the waitlist, will they receive a call or email? And are we expecting anything before the 15th?

Idk, but it seems that a lot of people last year got a phone call or email since May 2 when they got off the waitlist
Hopefully starting tonight/tomorrow we will start to get some news now that everyone has done the confirmation form

The deadline for the waitlist form was yesterday at 5 pm so I was expecting them to start admitting students today since they said they meet during the first two weeks of May

I applied to the College as biochem I think, it was definitely a premed major tho which I hope doesn’t hurt now

Just an FYI - I called admissions and was told that it is possible for waitlist offers to go out through the first week of June. If you don’t hear after the first week of June, it isn’t going to happen.

Me neither, but it seems the yield rate for Gtown competitors such as Notre dame or Brown is pretty high. Not sure about Gtown’s yield rate this year…

I am confused because they said that they let you know by May 15, but then they said until June
which make no sense to me

I thought decisions would be released by May 15
When I called undergraduate admissions yesterday, the young lady didn’t know for sure when waitlist offers would begin. She said there would be some, and they would be completed by the first week of June.
