<p>I live about 15 minutes from Georgetown and I just heard about this place last year....... no idea that it was top us school LMAO. Only thing is... Georgetown is in like a ghetto.. I have NO IDEAAAA why ppl even would wanna go there.</p>

<p>Georgetown's a ghetto area? Hah. Georgetown, the neighborhood is quite beautiful, with places like Dumbarton and Tudor Place adding to the historic value. Ghetto, indeed. <em>mumbles</em></p>

<p>Georgetown is an awesome campus but the surrounding area :/ not so attractive. In recent news on tv, there was like a mysterious thugger dude like robbing college kids.</p>
<p>Georgetown is definitely not in the ghetto. It's probably the richest and nicest area of Washington DC. Of all the DC schools, it's the nicest. If you ask anyone, they'll probably tell it's one of themost beautiful campuses out there.</p>
<p>Just to give you an idea of hos much of a gheto it is, John Kerry lives down the street. I guess he is trying to boost his street cred?</p>

<p>Georgetown is an unbeliveable place! Great campus, great surrounding neighborhood homes averaging 2 million dollars, great food great shopping. It is an self contained urban campus. Very selctive!!</p>
