Georgia Tech. Chance me please??

Ok well i'm a Georgia senior, class of 2014, in high school with a REALLY good work ethic. what I would like to know if I have a chance at Georgia Tech or UGA or Georgia state (Preferably GaTech). I would like to become and actuary, (possibly some kind of engineer maybe). Give me any advice you'd like to share as long as its sincere and I appreciate constructive criticism. Btw I'm Hispanic, idk how much that matters.

-that's 10 ap classes in total out of the the 13 that are offered at my school. Ive taken everything except ap biology, ap chemistry, or ap computer science.

-Current GPA: 3.528 (it will update in December) I got a SATs 1590 on my first try with no practice what so ever which includes a 600 in math. It isn't that good but im almost positive ill get at least a 1800 my second try, I'm convinced i was just nervous :(

I have a STRONG love for math. I call it a passion, and i'm going to major in mathematics almost no doubt. Thanks again for your time!!!! and let me apologize in advance for the grammar and spelling mistakes.. and give me any suggestions or advice you have!

You’re in the wrong forum, you should ask your question here: [What Are My Chances? - College Confidential](Chance Me / Match Me! - College Confidential Forums)

In any case, I think that although you’re in-state, your GPA and SATs are really low, especially for an engineering major. Your current SAT is very low, and you need to get it up to AT LEAST 1900ish (more ideally, 2000+) to have a higher chance of getting in. In your situation as is, you really need to get your GPA up too.

I’m really late to reply, but thank you for you advice and opinion! @truust
