Georgia Tech Chance?

Hello. I am a senior in Georgia who wants to get into GA Tech. I moved to the US on my sophomore year, did not speak english, so I did not take that many challenging classes in 10th and, obviously, 9th because my classes in Russia did not count as Honors or AP. This is mentioned in my application in a section where it asks about some special circumstances I want my admission officer to know. My stats are as following:

SAT I:
My best is 1990 in one seat (Math 770, CR and W are in mid 600)
Retaking it in October (aiming for 2100+)

SAT II:
Math 2C - 790, US History - 740

ACT:
32 Comp. (one take). If superscored, Math 34, Reading 32, Writing 30, Science 32

AP Exams:
Only one so far (AP US History), got a 5.

Unweighted GPA is around 3.79, weighted 3.83. So far, I am aiming for 4 A's and 1 B this semester (all AP's)

Got A's in all science/math classes in the US (got B in math and physical science in Russia in 9th grade).

Junior Year:

1st semester:
American Lit (A)
Honors Pre-Calc (A)
BVP (A)
Web-Design (A)
Honors Human Anatomy (A)
AP US History (B)

2nd:
Honors American Lit (B, switched to Honors from regular)
BVP (A)
Honors Pre-Calc (A)
Web-Design(A)
Honors Anatomy (A)
AP US History (B, despite getting a 5 on the AP exam)

Senior year schedule (pretty sure gonna get A's in all of them):
AP Calc BC
AP Physics B
AP Psychology
AP Micro Econ/AP Gov
Men's Chorus
AP Lit

EC's:
200+ hours community volunteering
Tutoring a student who failed 1st semester, but after my tutoring passed with a high B
CS Certificate from Udacity
Opened my own repository on GitHub with programs I write and publish (such as a prototype of a search engine, cellular automation, and etc.)
Mozilla Verbatim (Mozilla Localization Team) Top Contributor from the Russian branch
Reddit Localization Team Leader/Reviewer (the top position one can achieve, currently I am the only one from the Russian branch of it who has this position)
Math Team Leader (not official name, just by in-team placements on tournaments, usually #1 or #2 out of 18)
Chess Club Top Player

I also was a member of Drama Club, Aeronautics, and Photography club at my school, but really did not do a lot there, so I don't even want to list it.

I am applying Early Action. Please, tell me what my chances are, I really appreciate it.

I think with your extra-curriculars and your scores you have an awesome shot at getting in.

I think that as long as you explain the language situation you will be fine. Prove it in your application essays!

Thanks for your opinion. I did not write a lot about it in essays (mentioned it in the short one), however, I explained the situation in detail in the section where it asks

Oh that is the perfect place to write it! Don’t leave anything up to the admissions officer to guess!
