<p>UWGPA: 3.7</p>

<p>SAT: 2100 (590 CR, 800 M, 710 W)</p>

<p>SAT II: Chemistry 790 Math I 750 Physics 730</p>

<p>AP classes taken: AP Chemistry (5), AP Music Theory (4); going to take AP Bio, AP Physics B, AP Economics (Macro and Micro)</p>

<p>Top 10% of class at a very good Public HS (460 students)</p>

<p>Course load is difficult but not impossible (mostly honors and APs)</p>

<p>Part of National Honor Society, French Honor Society, Science Honor Society</p>

<p>Member of Key Club and French Club</p>

<p>Varsity Cross Country team</p>

<p>Student Tutor</p>

<p>Have been playing recreation baseball for 10+ years and won Sportsmanship Award</p>

<p>Interested in chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, biotechnology, biology.</p>

<p>I reside in New Jersey, but I have a dual citizenship (US, Canada) </p>

<p>I want to apply early action for either chemical engineering or biomedical engineering. </p>

<p>You’re in, no questions. Your GPA, class rank, and test scores would be enough, but your EC’s make it a safety for you. I’d aim higher- I hear there’s a pretty good school somewhere in central New Jersey…</p>

<p>I agree with movieman706. I think you’re in without a doubt. Maybe you might reconsider and aim for a better school!!</p>

<p>Not to simply echo everyone else, but just to reinforce your awesomeness–I would be VERY surprised if you were rejected (especially if you bump up your GPA this semester). </p>

<p>Thanks a lot for the responses. I am focusing very hard on gpa first semester this year. </p>

<p>And as for aiming higher…I just want to apply because they have an excellent engineering school. A little worried about their girl to guy ratio though. </p>
