How do you know if you were deferred or denied? This is what mine says "Thank you for your application to the Georgia Institute of Technology. Due to the large number of applications from highly qualified students, we are unable to offer you admission to the incoming freshman class.
We work to make sure each application is holistically reviewed by multiple staff members. Because of the competitive pool of applicants, we carefully evaluate the credentials of each student on an individual and comparative basis to ensure a thorough process.

Was the four tab theory correct? I had three tabs and was deferred
@imabelli I had 3 tabs and was still accepted. I think this was a glitch that was fixed this year.
