Yes, I was told noon by the person I spoke to in admissions yesterday.
I’m still confused about why they are waiting on scholarships and how they will fit in interviews. The website hasn’t changed to reflect what I was told yesterday.

My guess is they will just pull the timeline longer for Stamps. Similar scholarships at other schools aren’t announced till the spring.
I would definitely just treat it as a happy surprise if you happen to get one. Out of over 50,000 applicants, I think they will choose 350 Stamps and Gold scholars. Typically those are given to attract Ivy bound students to GeorgiaTech.

Last year yes.
Is the Make Payment button enabled?
Last year it was in the Oscar portal financial aid tab where Pay now button was enabled for admitted students
