Hey, everybody. I really want to do aerospace engineering. Here are my stats.
SAT:660 M 730 CR 640 W (math was a fluke, will take again in June)
GPA: 4.25 W, 3.95 UW
Classes: 6 APs and 5 honors classes
ECs:editor of school newspaper, engineering club, a church board, a community board, key club, political awareness club
Summer programs:Presidential classroom, Purdue's STEP program
Honors and Awards:scholarship to presidential classroom, National Merit commended
other: my teacher recommendations will be very good and i hope my essays will be too. i go to a very competitive public school with harder grading scale (increments of 7 instead of 10 for letter grades). have never gotten anything but an A+ in a science. have A+ in pre-calc.
I'm looking at Purdue and Illinois as well.
Thanks so much!

Why did you make two topics? GT doesn't look at what major you're applying in for admissions.

In for sure.

haha i tried to press the "stop" button and add more, but it already went through and i didn't realize it. oops.
thanks though.

also, does anyone know about afrotc at GaTech?

Yeah, you should definitely consider GT, they're ranked #2 or something in Aerospace.

thanks.
anyone else?

shameless self-bump

I dunno dude, I don't think there's much to worry. I got in with like a 3.6/7 weighted GPA lol.

but i'm oos

I'm out of state as well (from CA). I got in this past March with worst stats than you.

bump
