So I got a 25k scholarship from Case Western, and I’m wondering if Georgia Tech will even consider matching their price for OOS.
Anyone who knows any info, please post.

No Georgia Tech will not match a $25K scholarship from Case Western. Tech is a state school that is very popular and has no problem filling its freshman class. For OOS students, merit money is limited to either Stamps, Presidential or Provost Scholarships. Those awards were given out a very long time ago.
It is well know that Tech is not generous to OOS for either merit or financial aid. Ways to make it affordable for OOS is to co-op and use monies earned for the subsequent semester or to do study abroad where OOS pay in-state tuition. That is our plan and so far it has worked.
Sorry about it but you will not get any place asking Tech to match prices.
I tried and they said they don’t have any extra merit/need-based financial aid to hand out since there’s increasing demand for money-needing OOS students to attend GT.
