I am struggling to make my decision on which college to attend in this last month of April. I do like engineering and am very good at it but I might still like other majors and don't necessarilly want to get locked into engineering at Georgia Tech. Which one should it be?

Which Carolina? Don't go to Tech if you are not sure about engineering as it is a very demanding school with a well deserved reputation for grade deflation.

Chapel Hill

At Georgia Tech, EVERYTHING is tech. If you want to major in History, you'll study the history of technology. If you're into Music, you'll study acoustics. It's not like MIT where there are non-technical options as well.

Do NOT go to ga tech!!! Talk about disinterested and never-around professors! Plus, it has one of the suicide rates in the country! Trust me, I'm from Ga-I don't know if you are or not- and I've heard alot more complaints than compliments about it over the years! Trust me on this one-you do NOT want to go there!

besides, going off of your username, you seem to really love carolina anyway! : )
