My daughter is planning to apply to Georgia Tech and Duke . Duke has ED and Georgia tech has EA. If we know which one is best for Bio medical engineering we will make a decision based on that. Not looking for financial aid. She has good grades and good SAT ( 1560) and subject Sat scores.

I would advise your daughter to apply to Georgia Tech if you are looking for the best school for biomedical engineering. Georgia Tech has an amazing biomedical engineering program, which ranks probably in the top three in the nation. Duke University is better for a premed or biological science major. Anything that involves engineering, however, I would say Georgia Tech wins.
Campus life matters too, however, so please make sure your daughter likes Georgia Tech (beyond rankings).
