Georgia Tech vs UCLA vs Rice

I am an International and have shortlisted Georgia Tech, Rice and UCLA as these three choices out of my 16 acceptances. I want to pursue career in Computer Science. Pl give me your opinion for me to make my mind. I can not visit any of these colleges as of now.

They’re all very highly ranked for CS, but GTech is ranked the highest by a bit. In case you want to switch over to computer engineering at some point, GTech is also ranked highest out of these 3, at around #6. GTech is also the cheapest out of the three.
GTech: $29,400
UCLA: $35,600
Rice: $37,300

@FreelancerMaine - The cost you are quoting DOES NOT INCLUDE room and boarding. Keep that in mind.

I love Ucla, and I have had a very good experience after attending 8 quarters… CS and GIS classes have been pretty great so far… I really loved Rice when we visited, and Houston seemed pretty fun & Rice is located in an excellent part of the city very close to 7 world class hospital & research centers… GTech was also very dynamic w tremendous infrastructure in engineering & stem… Not sure Atlanta weather was for me as hurricane winds & rain nearly blew us to bits… Very nice tour &ppl… Rice & Ucla have the best health care systems for students available… UCLA has best food…

Atlanta has some of the best weather in the country, you must have come during a bad week.

@mwahal - I know. Room and fees usually vary depending on the student, but even if you include them, GTech is still the lowest.
GTech: $41,000
UCLA: $55,000
Rice: $45,000
