German SAT II

How did everyone think they did? I personally think I did terrible. It was like reading the Jabberwocky.

Anyone, what was the little red ridinghood story about. I got the gist of it, but want a better explanation so I can tell it to my friends. From what I gathered, it was hilarious.

bump, i need to know.

anyone else take this test?

i'm prety confident that i will get a score above 770. i can't remember too much about ridinghood , but i know that in the end grandma throws a big party ! :D and also, red ridinghood is a punk chick - i think :D :D

Wir alle Sieg am Endekameraden und wir werden nie versagen!

Am = an dem. Kameraden is plural = an den. There isn't even a verb in the first clause. Just saying. Rotk

lol i dont know any german as you can tell

I plan on taking this test next year, I've only been in german lessons for about 2 yrs. I'm enrolled in the Goethe Zentrum courses in my country, currently I'm in G5, should I wait until I'm a senior or is it ok if I take them after christmas break.

The SAT II has a lot of vocabulary and grammar... Definitely take the one with listening, it is MUCH easier. The more grammar and vocab you know the better off you are. If you know all the cases, adjective endings, verb tenses (present, perfekt, imperfekt, plusquamperfekt, future, future ii/plusquamfutur, passive, subjunctive, etc) then you're good. If you haven't heard of a lot of that stuff then wait. You can always take it again.

megaman, hazelorb is right about what you need to know to do well. But the listening test is only offered in November.
