<p>one thing, did you do your app online? If so, the method on the other thread should work.
Once you login, click on either the "part 1" or "part 2" link depending on which one you want.
Then click the "print application" image on the left menubar. It will take you to a page that lets you choose the format (HTML or PDF) and you can save it from there</p>
