I'm not sure how ivies will look at 3 Bs in your case. First of all, which classes did you receive those 3 Bs? How is your class load?

I've been a straight A student, too, until my AP Cal AB quarter grade, which counted in my school. I had a 4.0 UW after junior year. Now, it is a 3.96 UW.

:D Congratulations, your school is in violation of the College Board's copyright of the term "AP."

Honestly, I don't think it will affect your admission that much. Three B's instead of two isn't that big. If you don't get in, it's not because your GPA is "low" now. You're almost exactly the same now as you were applying. Now if you had gotten C's, that'd be a completely different story.......

Also, please stop this "self-loathing" business. It's rather displeasing both towards fellow CC'ers and yourself.

Another thing that's annoying: the improper use of "like," but that's just my pet peeve.

Anyway, it really doesn't matter. Your grades are your grades. Again, if you don't get admitted, it's not because the adcoms saw something differently upon glancing at the mid-year report.

I'll end by saying last year someone on CC didn't send in a midterm report into Cornell and called its office. The office told him "don't worry about it; we don't really look at it."

don't worry about B's, especiall b/c they're in AP clases. I got 3 B's my junior year, and 1 definite B this year. My Bs were in AP Calculus (1st semester), AP Chem (1st semester), Honors Spanish IV, and AP Government which I only took so I can vote. J/k, but I do want to make and informed decision come November. I got in Cornell ED, as u know already
