Is it possible to get a 5 in both macro/micro economics after studying for a day? I'm going through the entire Princeton Review. Will it be enough?

It really depends on you. Are you self-studying, or have you taken the course? How well can you retain information? To be honest, the information is easy to understand for both the tests, so all long as you can understand it, then memorize those concepts, you should be okay. Make sure you PRACTICE after you read.

OP, let us know how it turned out

If you’ve taken the course, probably pretty easily. I’m in Microecon and I took a practice test last Saturday with no studying and got a high 4, only a few points from a 3. The tests are pretty easy and so is most of the material.
