Getting a B in a prereq or a nonscience?

I'm taking biology w/ lab, chemistry w/ lab, english, psychology, and some other honors program classes, altogether 16 credits in the fall semster of my freshman year. I know it isn't the end of the world, but I'm probably going to end up with a B in english 101 bc the teacher is such a hard grader. I think I might be able to get As in all my other classes

So my question is, is it better to get a B in english or a B in a science class such as bio or chemistry?

Given the choice I’d take a B in English – as a matter of fact I did twice in both semesters of Freshman English Comp (101/102 or whatever the course numbers were) somewhere back when Gerald Ford was President. I think I had an 88.5 one semester and 89.2 the other and it ticked me off – I still hate grammar. I did even things out with A’s in both semesters of Literature. The only B I made in about 80 hours of science courses was a 1 hour P-Chem lab section.

It’s far from the end of the world. Don’t worry about it and just maintain your overall GPA.

no medical school in the united states will accept you with a B you should probably drop out

Oh no. I should drop out! Seriously lol
