I am a high school junior, and rhis semester I might actually get a C in my AP Physics class. I know, it’s terrible. However, even if I get a C, I will most likely still be valedictorian or at least top 3 by the end of this year. Can I still have a chance at Ivy League schools?
Absolutely. 1 bad semester in 1 class isn’t going to ruin an otherwise great academic record for 3 years. Also, how did you think you did on the AP test? If you get a 5 on it, or even a 4, admissions officers will still know that you are able to understand upper level physics.

Long story short, a C is a big red flag to Ivies. You’ll really need outstanding extracurricular activies and test scores to balance it out.
