Hi folks, I wonder what is my chance as an international student to find a job any state in the United States after my graduation as an undergrad BS in chemical engineering. Here is my stats:
Program: Cal Poly Pomona Undergrad BS, CA
Major: Chemical Engineering
Minor: Materials Science and Engineering
GPA: 4.00 (cumulative)
Units completed: 92 quarter units (Sophomore level)
Anticipated graduation: Summer 2017
Status: International student F-1 Visa
I understand it’s difficult to land a job in any oil companies here in California after my graduation, I wonder what is my chance if I move to Texas? Let’s say by the time I graduate, without any internship or leadership experience, and a GPA over 3.8/4.0, would I be able to land any job over there in Texas?
