Anyway to parlay a Wharton acceptance into a job for the summer through any Penn alumni? How would one go about doing this… I have no idea how to get any directory or what not.

Christ, it's getting nuts now. People in touch with colleges in 9th grade. Internships before starting at Wharton. The old rule used to be scoop ice cream after freshman year, make copies after sophomore year, do a real financial internship after junior year, get into Wall St. after that.

crescent, I'm a race horse on a track... whatcha expect? ;)

Make sure you make friends at Wharton while you're in the middle of taking over the world. That's important too.

humorous. It's all about priorities. Reeze, you seem really pumped on your Wharton acceptance. You deserve it. I would try contacting the local Wharton Alumni club. Depending on where you live, will dictate whether there is a club in the area. However, I think they are prevalent inside the US. I would look at the Penn website to see listings for the alumni clubs and then go on from there, contacting the clubs and seeing if any internships are available from alumni.
