Getting a refund for AP tests

Does anyone know how I can get 1 of my AP tests (Gov't) refunded before the test date?

don't they give instructions on that? and ask your guidance people.

My school is doing no refunds this year because last year seniors paid and on test day decided to not take it; get a refund and go have a fun day using most likely their parents money.

I think it's too late now...

Check with your guidance office. DS just spoke to the guidance counselor today and she said he could cancel an AP test and get our money back. DS was going to take the AP English Composition (as a self-study course), but decided to wait until next year.

When we filled out our information booklets for this year's exams, the part the guidance counselor had to read out loud said that there was a refund except for twenty dollars. This was, like I said, the part the CB sent, so that is the official policy, as far as I can tell.

my school is doing no refund too. the administration kept exaggerating to the students about costs associated with administering the ap test, like test proctor... but the truth is, one less student in a gym full of students taking ap tests doesn't make any difference at all to the cost of administering ap test.

and the administrators at my school were VERY nasty about it. anyone know how i should deal with this?
