<p>I'm interested in becoming a Chaplain, hopefully with one of the Veteran Administration hospitals or a federal prison. I'm currently finishing up my B.A. and looking into what Seminary to get my M.Div at. What can I do with my M.Div, CPE units and endorsement to prepare for a career in Chaplaincy? Is there any job I could take now that I would be able to apply down the road when I start applying for Chaplain openings?
Also, does serving in Children's Ministry count towards the 2 years of ministry experience most employers require for Chaplains to have?</p>
