Getting a "W" Grade After Submitting TAG

Hello friends, how are you?

I have applied for TAG to UC Davis and I have a big area of concern that I would appreciate your help on:

Right now, I have 51 Semester Units and after this Fall Quarter, I will have 64 Units, which exceeds the minimum requirement for TAG (60 units). I have already completed the GE (IGETC) requirements for UC, have maintained a high enough GPA, and have completed most of the major-prep courses of my intended major.

I put down a course on my TAG plan and I am planning on dropping that class with a W grade. This class in particular is not a GE requirement and is not required for my first choice of major. I am only taking this class because it fulfills a prerequisite of a possible second major.

If I drop this class, I would still have enough units (over 60-semester units) and all of my required major preparation courses fulfilled. If I do drop this class with a W grade, will it revoke my TAG to UC Davis?

Thank you so much!

I would like to know the answer to this too

The W is okay but Davis likes you to be a full-time student (12 units) per term. If not you need to be working a certain # of hours. That part could be an issue.
