However, i have to drop one of the classes i am taking right now due to the family problems. That class is not a prerequisite. Can they resign? What should i do?</p>
<p>No big deal. If its not a prereq, you’re fine.</p>
<p>as long as it doesn’t affect your prereqs or completion of IGETC you’re fine. Just report it to them ASAP.</p>
<p>What if one DOES have to drop a prerequisite class after being admitted? What if this class is actually only available at a few community colleges, so many transferring students won’t necessarily have taken it anyway?</p>
