<p>For 2006, from my D's private school, the lowest stats of accepted students were 1250 SAT/4.3 GPA, 1310/3.2. A kid with 3.4/1260 was waitlisted.</p>
<p>I got accepted ED, my sats were 1390, but my gpa was a lot lower than their. I think it doesnt just depend on one thing. focus on your essay, extracurriculars and recs and you shoudl be fine with a little lower grades or sat scores. also, applying early decision or early action always helps.</p>
