Hey guys, I'm going to be a freshman next year in the Carroll school of management at BC, but i was wondering the best way to get an internship(preferably one that relates to finance) when summer comes around?

Also, does an IB career require a masters or will a BA suffice?

To give you a brief answer,

Use your college career center. They traditionally have a database of internships that you can apply to. That will be your number 1 resource. Try craigslist or other online internship databases after that. Ask anyone you know for references or connections in the industry

You do not need a a Masters to go into IB. Just a BA with a solid GPA, preferably related work experience, and a thorough understanding of valuation and what actually goes on at an investment bank.
