Getting back into UCLA.

I made a question like this almost a couple of weeks ago that asked my chances for UCLA AND the NROTC scholarship. However, scholarship aside, what are my chances of getting admitted AGAIN into UCLA after declining the offer last year to go to a secondary school (U.S. Naval Academy Preparatory School (NAPS)) for a year? Note: I was still eligible to apply as a freshman since I am at a secondary school.
