As many of you know, I’ll be a freshman at Penn this Fall. At my school, I’ve already taken Cal I+II and Linear Algebra (high 90s in all of them); however, it was not under the AP curriculum (not a whole lot of Canadian schools offer AP courses). I’ve taken a look at the AP tests, and some of the material on the AB/BC exams is different from what I learned (we did some things AP doesn’t cover, AP does some stuff we didn’t cover). I’d like to major in math and would like to get the credit for Cal (so I wouldn’t have to do MATH 104). The problem is, I really don’t want to go over the entire course (since I took Cal I over a year ago) and also learn the stuff that we didn’t cover. So, is there any way to get credit for 104 without taking the AP?

They have placement exams for all mainline math courses (104, 114, 240, 241). Go visit their math department's site.
